Our flagship initiative, the Excellence in Entrepreneurship Program (EEP), supports individuals in underserved and rural communities — including ex-offenders and those transitioning from nontraditional backgrounds — in building and growing successful businesses.

EEP provides hands-on technical assistance, mentorship, and strategic guidance to help individuals plan, launch, and scale businesses.

Trinity Village (Coming 2028)
Providing opportunity without opposition
Project Trinity Village is creative work spaces that will allow new business owners to start and grow their businesses without the high cost of overhead. Trinity Village will include retail, multi-use office spaces, restaurant and cafe spaces. Trinity village will house on-site business management consultants, accountants and a legal team to provide additional support to business owners as needed. These spaces will be available to Excellence in Entrepreneurship participants as well as other business owners in the community. In addition, there will be an onsite child care center to provide day care and after school care for business owners and limited spaces will be available for families of community. This project's services and products are funded by volunteers, private and public donations, grants and partnerships.
